Are you tired of the micro bend in your knees, when you dance, perform, compete or even in your beautiful contortion or flexibility shapes?! This 7-Day Series, will help you get those beautiful lines, you always dreamed off. 6 Follow along Videos, that are only a bit over 5 minutes, and one Rest Day in between, will help you get strong Quads and nicely stretched knees! All you need for this Series is a yoga mat, therband, mini loop bands, a yoga mat and two yoga blocks! You can repeat this series as often as you like! It's perfect to do it as part of your warm up, or as a cool down after your workout on the pole, or whatever else you train.
