Today I'm going to talk to you about why you should do inversions every single day.


Don't freak out just yet, inversions doesn't mean you need to do an Invert on a pole or a head/handstand. Even a simple Downward Dog will do the magic.


Here are now 5 reasons you should do inversions everyday:


1) Inversions will help you with your focus, your balance and your brain function.

When you are upside down, O2-rich blood will flow to your brain. After a couple of seconds of adjusting to being inverted and the blood flowing, you will feel how your brain feels more alive.

The brain consumes the most oxygen out of all organs in the body, that why the more blood the more oxygen, the more oxygen the better the brain function.


2) Inversions are amazing for the four main systems of your body.

Inversions have a positive influence to your cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous and endocrine systems.


3) Inversions fight against the harmful effect of gravity.

Speaking, inversions are one of the most effective treatments for back pain and load-bearing joint issues.

Especially after backbending or sitting or standing along, just going inverted in a straight position of the back, unloads bunch of stress and weight from your joints.


4) Inversions recude mental stress

With out constant busy and stressful lives, going inverted can be a really relaxing and calming therapy.


5) Inversions strengthen the immune system and the mind

Especially with more complex inversion you need to focus your mind, and be in there and now and watch your body awareness closely... you concentrate on what's happening right now. And exactly this is going to strengthen your immune system and also your mind.

Heute sprechen wir über, wieso du jeden Tag eine invertierte Position durchlaufen solltest.


Bekommt nicht direkt Angst, wenn ihr "invertierte Position" hört, es muss nicht direkt heißen das ihr ein Invert an der Pole oder ein Kopf-/Handstand machen sollt, sogar ein einfacher Herabschauender Hund reicht aus.


Hier sind nun 5 Gründe, wieso ihr jeden tag in eine invertierte Position gehen solltet:


1) Invertierte Postionen helfen deiner Konzentration, deiner Balance und deiner Gehirnfunktion

Wenn du in einer invertierten Position bist, dann fließt sauerstoffreiches Blut in dein Gehirn. Nach einigen Sekunden der Eingewöhnung, wirst du fühlen wie sich dein Gehirn wacher wird.

Das Gehirn ist das Organ das am meisten Sauerstoff verbraucht.

Das heißt also, je mehr Blut in dein Gehirn fließt, desto mehr Sauerstoff bekommt es und desto besser wird die Gehirnfunktion.


2) Invertierte Positionen sind super für die vier Hauptsysteme des Körpers

Inversionen habe eine positive Wirkung auf dein Kardiovaskuläres System, dein Lymphsystem, dein Nervensystem und dein Endokrines System.


3) Inversionen bekämpfen den "schädigenden" Effekt der Gravitation

Deswegen sind invertierte Positionen eine sehr gute Behandlungsmethode bei Rückenschmerzen- und Problemen und auch bei Problemen die durch eine Überlastung der Gelenke kommen.

Besonders nach Rückendehnungsübungen, nach langem stehen oder sitzen, wird euer Körper euch danken, wenn ihr in eine invertierte Position geht, wo der Rücken möglichst ganz gerade ist.


4) Invertierte Positionen reduzieren mentalen Streß

Gerade mit unserem sehr stressigem und hektischen Lebensstil, können invertierte Positionen helfen den Streß zu reduzieren und unsere Gedanken zu entspannen.


5) Inversionen stärken das Immunsystem und den Kopf

Gerade, wenn man etwas komplexere Inversionen durchläuft, muss man sich auf den Körper konzentrieren. Man ist im hier und jetzt und konzentriert sich auf sich selbst und den Bewegungsablauf, dies schult unsere Konzentration und unsere Körperwahrnehmung und stärkt somit unser Immunsystem und unseren Kopf.
