Heute schauen wir uns weitere Eingänge für Anfänger an, um ohne Invert einen Outside Leghang zu erreichen.


Im letzten Teil haben wir den Eingang aus der Rückenlage durchgenommen. Du kannst ihn hier nachlesen.


Heute werden wir uns einen etwas höheren Eingang aus der "Kerze"-Position ansehen.


Meistern Sie Ihren Outside Leghang – Einstiegsoption 2


1. Lege dich dazu zunächst auf den Rücken, wie wir es in Teil 2 gemacht haben, und bringe diesmal die Pole in deine Achselhöhle und halte sie fest.


2. Von hier aus drücke deinen Körper in eine "Kerzen"-Position. Du kannst auch deine Beine verwenden, um dein Becken so hoch wie möglich anzuheben.

3. Jetzt hake dein äußeres Bein in den Pole ein und folge den gleichen Schritten wie in Teil 2 dieser Serie!
